Return Policy

You can request a return via your order page: Order Overview.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unaccepted Deliveries (Home Delivery or Delivery Point)

If a shipment is not accepted, not collected, or returned due to non-pickup, the costs of both the initial shipment and the return shipment will be charged to the customer.


The actual shipment rate paid by Studio Anvers to the carrier for both:

  • the initial shipment, and

  • the return shipment
    will be charged to the customer with a minimum of 15 euro.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the standard return conditions: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider.
